
Another super easy, healthy, and delicious recipe! This banana bread rich in flavor and moist. You can easily make it gluten-free by replacing whole wheat flour with any other gluten-free flour.
INGREDIENTS
3 ripe bananas
5 pitted dates
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
2 eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil (or your choice of oil)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 chopped walnut
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
Chocolate chips (optional)
INSTRUCTION
1- Preheat the oven for 350 F.
2- Blend milk and dates in a food processor.
3- Mash bananas with a fork. Mix eggs, oil, vanilla extract and date puree with bananas.
4- Add all dry ingredients and mix with a spatula.
5- Pour the batter into lined 9×5 loaf pan. Top with chocolate chips.
6- Bake for 30 minutes.
